What you'll do

• Supervise team members during operations, coordinate work and logistics, track and approve payroll, create weekly schedules, complete performance evaluations, and assist with staff training.
• Ensure patron safety, enforce center rules, handle customer conflicts and complaints, and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with operating procedures and emergency plans.
• Process registrations, payments, refunds, cash drawer closeouts, deposits, and supply orders.
• Open and close the facility, monitor activities, maintain cleanliness, perform minor repairs, schedule meeting rooms and group rentals, assist with room setup, and complete monthly reports.
