Dietary Associate

What you'll do

• Plan weekly menus
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• document substitutions and meal adjustments
• complete menu worksheets
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures
• clean kitchen equipment
• order supplies
• receive and organize donations
• track food usage
• follow CACFP and Food Bank guidelines.
