Student Support Liaison

The Student Support Liaison role is an onsite position based in Kansas City, MO. The expected hourly pay range is between $23.00 and $25.00. This role reports to Advising and Retention Services at Chamberlain University. This role is responsible for promoting student success by providing holistic, student-centered support across a variety of service areas. The liaison serves as a key point of contact for students and is accountable for student persistence by proactively engaging students and removing barriers to their success.

• Responds to student questions and concerns
• assists with appointment scheduling and portal navigation
• promotes student activities
• plans and facilitates events
• assists with funding and scholarship questions
• serves as point of contact for compliance audits
• implements process and technology solutions.
