The Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) role is onsite in West Hollywood, CA, with a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night shift, four 12-hour days per week, and a 15-week assignment. Pay is $60–$64 per hour. The role provides care to critically ill patients in the ICU. The nurse monitors complex and unstable patients, manages PA lines and Swan-Ganz catheters, and responds to clinical changes while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The position may require floating to medical-surgical/telemetry, progressive care, stepdown, overflow, and overflow PACU units.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care
• monitor complex and unstable patients and hemodynamic parameters
• manage PA lines and Swan-Ganz catheters
• administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• operate specialized ICU equipment and life-support systems
• respond to deterioration and emergencies
• document care
• collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• float to assigned units
• follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital standards
• complete orientation and EKG requirements.

Why this role
