What you'll do

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to health standards
• report deficiencies and out-of-order equipment
• report incidents, unusual events, damage, theft, and found items
• respond courteously to guest questions
• perform deep cleaning and special projects when instructed
• replenish supplies
• maintain carts and storage areas
• clean floors, furniture, windows, and other surfaces
• report guest issues to the Manager on Duty.
