What you'll do

• Become an internal subject matter expert for L7 ESP, MES, and LIMS
• translate business and manufacturing requirements into workflows and configurations
• design and optimize digital workflows
• provide user support and troubleshooting
• facilitate training and develop documentation
• collaborate with IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and vendors
• support system validation and cGMP/FDA alignment
• identify automation and efficiency opportunities
• assist with change management and adoption.
