Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with store goals and objectives
• recruit, develop, and motivate employees
• maintain customer service and selling standards
• ensure compliance with regulations
• supervise customer service representative activities when the Store Manager is absent
• assist with ordering, bank deposits, and paperwork
• complete weekly paperwork and monthly store orders
• market within the community
• resolve customer complaints
• help control labor hours, cash, audits, and shrinkage
• maintain a clean store
• attend monthly financial meetings
• perform store duties in the Store Manager's absence.
