What you'll do

• Provide professional customer service and answer questions
• assist the Shift Manager with daily facility operations and traffic flow
• assist with parking transactions and payments as assigned
• keep forms and supplies stocked
• complete customer damage reports and relay claims information
• report conditions and incidents to management
• assist with customer calls
• perform minor cleaning or maintenance when requested.
