What you'll do

• Coordinate and contribute to the day-to-day work of Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants
• administer ordered medications and treatments, including wound care and specified nursing procedures
• document care and resident responses in Point Click Care
• communicate with families and physicians
• support admissions, transfers, discharges, discharge planning, safety rounds, and shift handoffs
• order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment
• participate in surveys, in-service programs, and performance evaluations.
