What you'll do

• Identify, quote, and order parts based on repair plans
• coordinate parts needs and changes with estimators and technicians
• receive and inspect incoming parts
• label and organize parts by repair order
• stage or deliver parts according to repair schedules
• track special orders and backorders and communicate delays
• document parts on repair orders
• process returns and follow up on credits
• follow warranty parts procedures
• monitor inventory and shop supplies
• respond to parts inquiries
• maintain an organized department.
