What you'll do

• Prepare financial statements and support accounting, auditing, budgeting, and audit preparation
• establish reconciliation standards and review procedures
• guide and train accounting staff
• coordinate reports for the Controller, CFO, and management
• improve month-end close
• evaluate and redesign accounting processes
• document repeatable procedures
• partner with operational teams
• establish and monitor accounting KPIs
• support accounting systems, workflows, and automation.
