The Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Community is an onsite role based in Hawthorne, NY, with a salary range of $98,000–$105,000 per year. This position supports the Hawthorne Foundation, Inc. in its mission to provide innovative instruction and support for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role exists to oversee and implement behavior support plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and train staff in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. The analyst ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards while mentoring staff to promote meaningful community participation for program participants.

What you'll do

• Review assessments and make placement recommendations
• conduct functional behavior assessments
• develop and train staff in ABA principles
• supervise staff for RBT/BCBA certification
• participate in Human Rights Committee meetings
• manage behavior challenges at IRAs.
