Sonic Internet + Phone’s Consumer Sales department works to grow fiber internet service in apartment, condominium, and other multi-dwelling communities. The specialist acquires new fiber internet customers in assigned communities and increases Sonic’s take rate in buildings within its fiber footprint. The role combines door-to-door outreach, property coordination, sales tracking, and reporting to support consumer service growth.

What you'll do

• Meet monthly sales expectations and work toward a 30% take rate at full-building installations
• complete at least 200 door knocks and three new orders per day
• coordinate onsite events with landlords and property managers
• visit full-building installations during installation and coordinate with the Acquisition team
• check the dispatch calendar for standard single-unit installations
• use Salesforce Maps to plan routes and track doors knocked
• distribute marketing materials and email online community groups
• update opportunities in Directly and Salesforce
• follow a weekly field activity schedule
• report scheduled visits and results to the Sales Manager
• focus on increasing take rates at acquired buildings.
