What you'll do

• Prepare food items as directed in grill, fry, and other kitchen areas
• follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• maintain product quality
• set up and restock the station
• handle, store, and rotate food properly
• clean and organize kitchen areas
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods
• use and maintain station equipment.
