What you'll do
- Support process-improvement, problem-solving, and documentation activities on the manufacturing floor
- apply Ralliant Business System lean methods in continuous-improvement initiatives
- assist with standard work, time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and workflow evaluation
- collect and analyze manufacturing data
- help improve fixtures, tooling, gauges, workstations, and material flow
- update layouts, drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation
- participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- prepare project updates and presentations.
