What you'll do

• clean and lubricate components
• perform preventive maintenance on plastic extrusion lines
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• use manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools
• repair or replace motors, sensors, and controls
• assist with rebuilds
• calibrate equipment and adjust settings
• document maintenance and work orders
• help update procedures
• guide Level I technicians.
