What you'll do

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment
• support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
