What you'll do

• Independently manage an active litigation docket
• draft and argue motions, including summary judgment and discovery motions
• take depositions
• attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• prepare clients, adjusters, witnesses, and experts for testimony
• evaluate claims and exposure
• communicate case strategy to carriers and clients.
