The specialist creates and maintains local content and campaigns, monitors digital channels and performance, and coordinates with corporate resources, vendors, and internal teams. By translating client feedback, field observations, and local opportunities into relevant messaging, the role supports lead generation, reputation, client acquisition, and retention.

What you'll do

• Create, schedule, publish, and maintain local content across social media and Google Business Profiles
• execute approved campaigns, promotions, email and text initiatives, and seasonal marketing
• support local visibility, review generation, and reputation management
• maintain digital listings, campaign tracking, calendars, and lead-source information
• monitor activity and identify trends and follow-up needs
• coordinate with corporate marketing and vendors
• create and edit short-form video and Reels
• document processes and provide weekly reporting
• collaborate with customer service, sales, accounts receivable, and operations teams.
