What you'll do

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
• respond to resident questions and concerns
• maintain resident relations
• accompany prospects through model apartments and explain layouts, amenities, nearby services, and lease terms
• follow up with prospects
• complete lease agreements and collect deposits
• inspect models and arrange maintenance
• update available-unit listings
• assist with advertising
• check applicant references and credit
• and substitute for the Assistant Manager when needed. Follow fair housing laws and attend staff and management meetings.
