What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors
• staff the front desk, verify identification and appointments, manage visitor access, and direct guests
• monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and security systems
• report unusual activity or equipment concerns
• respond to incidents and emergencies according to procedures
• maintain visitor logs and incident reports
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
