What you'll do

• Develop and implement external sales and census strategies
• build relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospices, and other referral sources
• communicate facility services
• schedule and report on referral-partner activities
• support conversion of referrals to admissions
• maintain referral-source information
• review strategy with the Administrator.

Why this role
