What you'll do

• Resolve technical issues requiring on-site support
• install, repair, and maintain workstations, network equipment, and peripheral devices
• troubleshoot problems and identify root causes
• assist with projects as needed
• coordinate with the remote IT support team and service desk
• communicate and document issues for remote troubleshooting
• support clients and follow up on resolutions
• manage time entries and ticket updates in ConnectWise Manage
• review assigned tickets before the next shift.
