What you'll do
- Serve as interim Director of Nursing when a facility DON position is vacant
- provide clinical leadership to nursing departments
- support MDS completion, scheduling, accuracy, and reimbursement
- assist with care plan review and interdisciplinary coordination
- monitor clinical systems
- prepare facilities for surveys and regulatory compliance
- assist with Plans of Correction, audits, and follow-up
- support nurse leadership training
- partner with administrators and regional and clinical leadership
- travel to assigned buildings based on operational priorities.
