What you'll do

• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and accounts-receivable transactions
• create and submit invoices
• maintain customer files
• draft past-due correspondence and contact delinquent account holders
• prepare account-status reports
• research discrepancies
• reconcile accounts receivable at least bimonthly with the Collections Manager
• assist with monthly billing statements and revenue-account reconciliations
• file and retrieve accounts-receivable materials
• relay information changes.
