Description
* Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care. * Earn up to $1800 to $3000 each week Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $70 per completed assessment). * Increase your per-visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier*. * Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred.
