The Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician (RBT) — Part-Time role is onsite in Fall River, MA, with sessions scheduled from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Compensation is $21–$27 per hour. Butterfly Effects works with children and families affected by autism, using applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support meaningful change. The role helps children build communication, social interaction, self-care, and other skills by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst’s direction. The technician tracks progress, supports families and the treatment team, and documents session data.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• observe, record, and report client progress and behavior
• manage challenging behaviors
• support academic and life skills
• communicate with families and treatment professionals
• complete timely paperwork and data collection
• participate in training
• maintain client confidentiality.
