What you'll do

• Assist the Registered Nurse in implementing patient care plans
• collect, report, and record objective and subjective assessment data
• provide direct care safely
• evaluate the plan of care continuously
• communicate orally and in writing with patients, families, and health team members
• participate in activities designed to improve health care delivery. Required credentials include a nursing technical degree or diploma, American Heart Association BLS, and a Tennessee LPN license.
