Unit Turn Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Paint apartment walls, ceilings, trim, and doors, including full repaints and touch-ups
• patch drywall and complete minor repairs
• install finishing items such as blinds and door handles
• inspect vacant apartments and work through punch lists
• handle simple plumbing fixes and routine repairs within skill level
• communicate issues or delays to property managers and maintenance supervisors.
