What you'll do

• Oversee dispensary operations for security, inventory, and regulatory compliance
• manage product inventory, financial records, cash handling, orders, and expenses
• coach team members on customer experience and loyalty
• supervise Leader on Duty shifts
• support in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery experiences
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and team development
• support community outreach.
