What you'll do

• Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity strategy, compliance, incident response, regulatory defense, data breach investigations, and cyberattacks
• review safeguards and remediation approaches
• evaluate client obligations and develop procedures and response plans
• advise on state and federal privacy laws and deal diligence
• address data-driven technologies and related regulatory frameworks
• support responses to enforcement actions as applicable.
