Technology Services Coordinator

The Technology Services Coordinator role is onsite in Warrenton, MO, supporting a client project as a contract opportunity through LRS Consulting Services. The base pay range is $25.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports technology needs for project partners working from project trailers. The coordinator helps onboard project partners, maintain site technology, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues. By documenting solutions, escalating complex problems, and keeping equipment and support records current, the role helps project teams use their technology and collaboration tools effectively.

What you'll do

• Set up workstations and hardware and train new partners on SharePoint, Procore, printing, Wi-Fi, and conference room technology
• provide desk-side, telephone, and remote support
• document solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system
• monitor the support queue and troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues
• handle Level 2 escalations
• maintain site and conference room technology
• update documentation and report recurring issues to the Technology Services Manager.

Why this role
