The Tax Support Associate acts as a community ambassador, building long-term client relationships and helping individuals and businesses navigate complex tax situations through personalized support.

What you'll do

• Represent TurboTax locally, engage with new prospects, nurture leads, provide hands-on tax advice and preparation, facilitate discovery sessions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, deliver exceptional customer service, and interact with clients in-person and via video tools.
