The Home Health Aide / In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in Jackson, OH, serving Jackson County and surrounding areas. Pay is $14–$17 per hour. Home Care Network provides in-home care intended to support clients’ independence, comfort, stability, and safety. The aide provides personal care and daily living assistance in clients’ homes under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist. The role follows written plans of care, documents services and observations, and communicates changes or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, hygiene, and activities-of-daily-living assistance
• assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• observe clients and complete electronic documentation
• follow written plans of care
• support client independence and safety
• perform assigned personal care and household services
• assist with range-of-motion exercises and ambulation under appropriate direction
• report changes in client condition to the registered nurse
• document care and observations
• follow infection-control and safety practices
• communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
