What you'll do

• Independently manage management-side employment litigation in state and federal courts
• develop litigation strategy and advise clients
• serve as primary client contact on assigned matters
• draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, and filings
• manage discovery and electronically stored information
• take and defend depositions
• handle hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• handle administrative agency matters as appropriate
• delegate to and supervise paralegals and team members
• collaborate with ELS attorneys.
