• Manage product and software development work for Custom and COTS teams
• support Agile and Scrum practices and team efficiency
• provide programmatic support and subject matter guidance to DHS GMO
• support plans and policies for geospatial information requirements
• implement geospatial IT solutions
• manage teams and project resources
• recommend process and organizational improvements.
