The Formulation Scientist – Dietary Supplements is an onsite role in Las Vegas, NV, with an annual salary of $65,000–$72,000. Nature’s Lab, a division of DrVita, develops and manufactures dietary supplements for health and wellness. This hands-on Research and Development role develops, optimizes, scales, and commercializes supplements in capsules, tablets, powders, and gummies. It works across laboratory and manufacturing settings to resolve formulation and processing challenges and transfer products into production.

What you'll do

• Develop supplement formulations from concept through commercial production
• select ingredients and excipients
• conduct laboratory and pilot-scale trials
• troubleshoot formulation and processing issues
• optimize quality, consistency, throughput, yield, and scalability
• document technical work under cGMP requirements
• support scale-up, production runs, and cross-functional product development.
