Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employee performance

• complete operational checklists, line checks, opening and closing checklists, and safe and deposit logs
• manage guest experience metrics
• ensure food safety standards
• model guest service
• follow food ordering and inventory procedures, cash policies, and daily labor management.

Why this role
