What you'll do

• Assist technicians by phone, video call, or in person with diagnosis and repair
• develop technical training materials and service documentation
• provide daily technical support to field service and customer technicians
• collaborate with manufacturing and service team members
• work with product engineering on current and future programs
• set up service diagnostic computers and tooling.
