What you'll do

• Lead and develop production planners and buyers
• balance customer demand, material availability, and production capacity
• guide production-order release, scheduling, and sequencing
• monitor delivery reliability and schedule attainment
• improve planning, control, and purchasing processes
• analyze production and supply-chain data
• address constraints and bottlenecks
• manage direct-material planning and purchasing
• use SAP R/3 for forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and planning
• coach staff and champion safety and continuous improvement.
