What you'll do

• Prepare drinks and food for patients and customers
• maintain bar cleanliness
• order supplies and keep merchandise and food stocked
• use the point-of-sale system and handle cash
• merchandise, sample, and sell food items
• brew and replenish coffee in four areas
• sanitize tables, chairs, and bar
• follow recipes and standard barista techniques
• greet customers, answer menu questions, and open and close the café.
