Job overview
The Production Operator role is an onsite position in Morgantown, WV, paying $21–$22.25 per hour. Mountaintop Beverage’s production team manufactures beverages using aseptic processes. The operator runs and monitors production equipment and processes, documents batches, and performs cleaning, inspections, material handling, and basic troubleshooting to support safe, quality production.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- prepare, operate, monitor, and document blending and heat-treatment processes
- clean and sanitize equipment
- receive and stage ingredients using a powered forklift
- complete batch records
- troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- perform line changeovers
- follow SOPs, GMP, SQF, and food safety standards.
