The Registered Dietitian role is hybrid, with partial remote options, in Ormond Beach, FL. Compensation is $24–$33 per hour. CSR Nutrition provides nutrition care in long-term, assisted, and independent living settings and describes its work as embedded in patient care, policy development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The dietitian conducts nutrition assessments and interventions, provides medical nutrition therapy, completes clinical documentation, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. The role also includes audits, QAPI initiatives, dietary services oversight, menu implementation, and telehealth consultations.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions
• deliver medical nutrition therapy aligned with CMS and AHCA standards
• complete charting for initial, quarterly, annual, post-hospitalization, and significant-change events
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• conduct kitchen, supplement, and dining audits
• lead QAPI initiatives
• oversee dietary services and menu implementation
• provide telehealth consultations and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
