What you'll do

• Recruit and lead security-cleared project teams
• oversee project managers and multidisciplinary staff
• develop federal agency leads and proposals
• negotiate contracts
• coordinate pre-construction and project start-up
• oversee project accounting, earned value management, forecasting, and profit-and-loss
• serve as executive contact for federal clients and partners
• monitor project execution and safety
• lead Lean processes and secure supply-chain workflows.
