Residential Associate

What you'll do

• Complete initial intakes as requested
• collect client information through observation, interviews, and records review
• work with the treatment team
• provide client care interventions as needed
• communicate client choices, concerns, and special needs
• maintain a healthy treatment milieu
• conduct bed-check rounds and remain aware of client locations
• maintain confidential documentation
• answer phones and file records
• transport residents to appointments and self-help groups
• perform assigned cleaning duties. Residential Associate II may have additional team lead responsibilities.
