Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate

The Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate role is onsite in Houston, TX, on a part-time, as-needed basis with open availability required, including evenings and weekends. Pay is $14 per hour. The position contributes to spa sales and guest retention by presenting memberships, services, upgrades, and products while also handling appointments, guest check-in and checkout, payments, and front-desk support.

What you'll do

• Work toward individual and spa membership sales goals
• present memberships, enhancements, upgrades, retail products, gift cards, and promotions
• welcome guests and build relationships
• pre-book appointments
• answer phones, schedule appointments, check guests in and out, and process payments
• maintain service and promotion knowledge
• keep the front desk and spa organized.
