What you'll do

• Process retail and wholesale vehicle deals
• prepare and submit title, registration, tax, payoff, and funding documents
• process DMV paperwork through NYS VERIFI and out-of-state DMVs as needed
• track titles, lien releases, payments, and wholesale transactions
• verify titles and maintain inventory records
• organize documents in the dealership management system
• resolve title and documentation issues
• perform general administrative duties.
