What you'll do

• Schedule and conduct client intakes
• respond to crisis and inquiry calls
• support residents and enforce program rules
• conduct facility inspections and check-in procedures
• respond to emergencies and initiate security procedures
• orient and supervise volunteers
• assist with staff training
• maintain case records and reports
• prepare refreshments and perform assigned cleaning
• direct shelter monitor staff
• assign and monitor tasks
• guide staff during client interactions and crises
• review incident reports and shift documentation
• communicate significant issues to leadership
• mentor new staff.
