What you'll do

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• load, run, and unload the dish machine
• keep the machine clean and report problems
• monitor water temperature
• wash and store kitchenware
• maintain clean, organized dish-room areas
• keep clean tableware available
• remove dish-room trash
• maintain detergent and cleaning supplies
• clean food preparation and production areas
• fill in as needed.
