The role joins Trinity Youth Services’ Mental Health team, serving youth and families through its residential therapeutic and foster care programs. The therapist provides specialized behavioral health care to adolescents and other foster youth. Through therapy, crisis intervention, case management, assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with child and family teams, the role supports individualized care and outcome goals.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescent males in a short-term residential therapeutic program and to other foster youth
• provide crisis intervention and case management to children and families
• develop assessments and treatment plans
• collaborate with child and family teams on outcome goals
• and complete training in service delivery, documentation, and evidence-based practices.
